 In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Management, Marketing and Logistics and received a specialist degree with honors.

His first job was at one of the leaders in the southern region in the production of meat products and delicacies, PE FIRMA GARMASH, as an assistant marketer, and a year later he became a marketer.

After five years in the food industry, he decided to continue his career at Infomir, a telecommunications company that is a leader in Ukraine and is known for its high-tech products on all continents. For four years, he gained valuable experience promoting 8 brands in the markets of more than 150 countries.

He worked on IT projects as a marketing mentor for startups Louder.me and Whooshi, and then continued his career at Tapmedia.

He was appointed Marketing Director and later Business Development Director at Woman Insight, an international company.

Zhikhareva Natalia Alekseevna

Natalia received a bachelor's degree in marketing with honors in 2017 and a master's degree in marketing with honors in 2018.

During her studies, she was the head of her academic group and an active member of the student government.

With Natalia's active participation, the team of marketing students won many competitions: "Advertising Testing Ground" (Kyiv, 2016), "Golden Compass" (Kharkiv, 2016, 2017), "Best Innovative Project" (Odesa, 2017), "V Bukovyna Student Science Festival" (Chernivtsi, 2017), etc.

He works as a Middle PPC Specialist at Inweb Internet Marketing Agency. Competent and effective approach to the realization of tasks distinguishes Inweb in the Internet marketing market of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Bulgaria, and Moldova.

She has skills in social media promotion, SEO optimization, video content creation, and knowledge of WordPress, Semrush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Atom, Jira, Trello, WorkSection, iMovie, Monosnap, Google docs, Google sheets.

After receiving a bachelor's degree in Romano-Germanic philology in 2018, she entered the master's program at the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. In 2019, she received a master's degree in marketing.

Works as an Internet marketer at Nektony - An IT company that develops software for the macOS operating system.

She has skills in social media promotion, SEO optimization, video content creation, and knowledge of WordPress, Semrush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Atom, Jira, Trello, WorkSection, iMovie, Monosnap, Google docs, Google sheets.

Oleksandra Khlebodarova

In 2018, she graduated from the I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and, at the same time, in 2018, she received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies.

In 2019, she graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies with a master's degree in marketing. Based on the results of her studies and scientific achievements in 2019, she was included in the TOP 10 best students of the Faculty of Management, Marketing and Logistics. During her studies, she was characterized as conscientious, responsible, and creative.

She works as a technologist at NIVA Tairovsky Winery, LLC.

Struts Elizaveta Mykolaivna

She entered ONAFT in 2017 after graduating from Odesa Technical College. In 2019, she received a bachelor's degree in marketing and entered the master's program in Marketing. In December 2020, she received a master's degree in marketing. During her studies, as a member of the Marketing Club of the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Trade, she actively participated in All-Ukrainian and International Marketing Competitions, Advertising Proving Grounds, international competitions of scientific student works and was a multiple winner and prize-winner of these events.

Currently works as a marketer at 4Limes, an online advertising agency. During her work, she has mastered the tools of Internet marketing: smm, setting up advertising on Facebook and Google, chatbots, automation.

She is proficient in strategic marketing tools: writing a promotion strategy (social media or general), customer journey map, sales funnels. Creatively uses her skills in photography, design, and layout on Tilda.

Milcheva Viktoriia Vasylivna

In 2017, she received a master's degree with honors in marketing. While studying for a master's degree, she successfully proved herself in the field of scientific research: she became the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of scientific student works, participated in the implementation of a comprehensive qualification work commissioned by PJSC Odessavinprom on the development of an innovative product "Zdorovit" under the guidance of Professor L.A. Osipova and senior lecturer O.M. Holodoniuk.

Since 2018, he has been successfully combining postgraduate studies with teaching at the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Trade. Under the supervision of Doctor of Economics, Professor V. Lagodienko, he is conducting a research on the topic "Management of innovative activities of wineries in the context of economic instability in the country", which is a continuation of his student research.

Teaches disciplines: Marketing, Marketing Commodity Policy, Food Marketing, Marketing Communications, Organization of Business Activities, Innovative Development of an Enterprise on the Basis of Marketing, Consumer Behavior.

As a senior curator of the Faculty of Management, Marketing and Logistics, Viktoriia performs educational work and is highly respected by students and fellow teachers.

She completed her training at the International Institute of Marketing in Internet Marketing and uses innovative knowledge in her teaching work in the educational programs of the specialties 075 "Marketing" and 076 "Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities".

Karina S. Maryushchenko

She completed her secondary education at the Sievierodonetsk Educational Complex - Collegium (Sievierodonetsk).

She received her bachelor's degree from Karazin Kharkiv National University.

She entered ONAPT in 2019 to study at the Educational and Professional Program "Marketing" by correspondence. She is purposeful, responsible, and mobile.

She worked at Petrus Alco as a 1c operator, and at Seile Stm LLC as a logistics manager. Currently works at Mix Plast LLC as an analyst manager.

Sokolenko Vladislav Petrovich

From 2015 to 2019, he studied at ONAFT, majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Business and received a bachelor's degree.

He entered the second (master's) level educational and professional program "Marketing" in 2019.

Confident computer user. Gained practical experience in restaurant business and promotion. Responsible, organized, result-oriented, able to work in a team, polite, punctual.

In 2015, he worked as an administrator at Freshline. Since 2017, he has been the manager of the Bitz Burger restaurant. Since 2019, he has been running his own consulting company, helping young entrepreneurs open and promote new HoReCa establishments.

Kruk Anna Konstantinovna

In 2019, she received a bachelor's degree, and in 2021, a master's degree in marketing. She began her professional career in 2019-2021 as a sales manager at the Just Style online store.

Since 2021, Anna has been an organizational specialist at the Budova Academy project. Her mission is to market an innovative educational project of the largest construction company in Odesa, Budova.

Pan-European student competition of innovative food products EcoTrophelia Ukraine

According to the results of participation in the National stage of the pan-European student competition of innovative food products EcoTrophelia Ukraine on May 14-15, 2013, students Volodymyr Yefremov, Vitaliy Osipchuk, Anastasia Braiko under the guidance of prof. Verkhivker Y.G., assoc. Braiko M.G. took the second place.

All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of "Marketing"

The staff of the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Trade are actively engaged in research and help students present their knowledge and skills at various conferences and competitions.
At the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of Marketing, the work "Advertising Campaign of a Higher Education Institution", performed by 5th year student Kuprina I.O. under the guidance of Associate Professor Golubenkov O.O., won first place.

Students took part in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in natural, technical and humanitarian sciences:
1) Master's Degree student of specialty 8.03050701 "Marketing" Milcheva V.V. under the guidance of senior lecturer Holodoniuk O.M. - took 3rd place;
2) Master's Degree student majoring in 8.03050701 "Marketing" Khrystych O.V. under the guidance of senior lecturer Braiko M.G. received a Certificate of Appreciation;
3) Specialist of the specialty 7.03051001 "Commodity Research and Commercial Activities" Yaroshenko K.A. under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mardar M.R. - took 1st place;
4) Master's Degree program in the specialty 8.03051002 "Commodity Research and Expertise in Customs" by V. Kulesh under the supervision of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor M. Mardar - took 3rd place.

Under the supervision of Professor of the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Trade Mardar M.R., 5th year student majoring in Commodity Research and Products Expertise V. Kulesha received an award for her competitive work under the code "Alpine Mountains" in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in natural, technical, humanitarian sciences in the field of "Food Industry and Processing of Agricultural Products". She was invited to participate in the final scientific and practical conference to be held on April 7, 2016 in Kharkiv.

The final of the contest of PR projects "Golden Compass in memory of Oleksiy Kononov"

On April 22, 2016, the finals of the X International Student Advertising and PR Project Competition "Golden Compass in Memory of Alexey Kononov" took place.

The team "Hobby and You" consisting of Natalia Zhikhareva, Lyuba Ditsul, Anastasia Kukhar and Victoria Novak, students of the Faculty of Marketing and Logistics Management (specialty 6.030507 "Marketing"), under the strict guidance of O.O. Golubenkova and M.G. Braiko, was formed to go to the competition.

Thanks to the efforts of the entire team, we managed to bring a small victory. The PR project "Teplodar - the City of Masters" took second place in the competition.

XI Interuniversity Conference of the competition of student research papers "Youth Mastering Marketing"

On May 20-21, 2016, the XI Interuniversity Conference of the Igor Tkachenko Youth Mastering Marketing Student Research Competition was held in Kyiv (KNEU). The competition is held on the initiative of the Ukrainian Marketing Association, a non-governmental organization.

This year, A. Khrystych, under the guidance of senior lecturer M. Braiko, received a special award for the competition "For outstanding results as an effect of synergy of product and research methodology". The work on the topic: Research of positioning and differentiation of sparkling wines.

 
II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Science "MARKETING"

On April 13-15, 2016, the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Science "MARKETING" was successfully held at the State Higher Educational Institution "Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman". The competition was attended by 88 students from 44 higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Tamara Shtempel, a student of the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies, took third place with 77 points.

On May 30, 2016, the final of the competition of innovation and investment projects in the field of "Development of infrastructure of the city (region, country). Development of Information Technologies" within the framework of the V Bukovyna Student Science Festival.

The team "Hobby and You" consisting of Natalia Zhikhareva, Anastasia Kukhar and Victoria Novak, students of the Faculty of Marketing and Logistics Management (specialty 6.030507 "Marketing"), under the strict guidance of O.O. Golubenkova and M.G. Braiko. The investment project "Teplodar - the City of Masters" took second place in the competition.

Inter-university competition of student research papers in the field of science "Economics and Management in the field of trade"

The work of the student of the Faculty of MMiL Milcheva Victoria Vasylivna under the guidance of senior lecturer Holodoniuk O.M. reached the final of the competition "Interuniversity competition of student research papers" and was invited to participate in the final scientific and practical conference of the Interuniversity competition of student research papers in the field of science "Economics and Management in the field of trade" to Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade.

According to the results of the defense of the competition works, Milcheva V.V. took the second place.

 

COMPETITION "BEST INNOVATIVE PROJECT 2018"


On 19.11.2018, the Odesa City Council summed up the results of the competition for the Best Innovation Project, which was attended by the staff of the Department of MPiT, PhD, Associate Professor Golubenkova O.O., Senior Lecturer Braiko M.G. and students of the Bachelor's degree program 075 "Marketing" Struts Elizaveta, Novikova Oryna, Pikiner Natalia. The Grand Canyon Festival project took third place in the Best Social Innovation nomination.

Startup competition as part of the work of the regional methodological commission of teachers of economics and finance of the Odesa region

 

Teachers and masters of the department are actively involved in the development of research activities of students of ONAPT colleges. Thus, on December 28, 2020, the third stage of the competition of educational and professional projects on the topic: "Ways to improve the quality of education - a student's view", which began in November, took place. The competition was attended by 14 projects from different colleges of Odesa region.

Associate Professor of the Department O.O. Holubenkova and second-year master student of the specialty 075 Marketing E.M. Struts became members of the jury of this competition along with other scientists and employers.

The students presented their research and developments, which they believe can improve the quality of education and interest students. Interesting ideas were presented regarding the introduction of game methods, research methods, etc.

The scientific work of the 1st year Master's students Struts E.M. (075 "Marketing") and Feshchuk L.O. (076 "Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities"), supervised by senior lecturer of the Department of MPiT Braiko M.G., on the topic "Marketing support for organizing an event in the format of a festival" according to the results of the first stage of the second round of the competition scored 73 points and received a diploma of the III degree.

V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Fundamental and Applied Research in the Modern World"

Associate Professor Bakhchivanzhy L.A., Senior Lecturer Korenman E.M. and higher education student of the second (master's) level of specialty 075 "Marketing" Anna Kruk took part in the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Fundamental and Applied Research in the Modern World", which took place online in Boston (USA) on December 16-18, 2020.

As a result of the participation, the abstracts of the report "Strategic Analysis of the Marketing Environment of the Enterprise" were published.

Associate Professor Bakhchivanzhy L.A., senior lecturer. Korenman E.M. and Anna Kruk, a higher education student of the second (master's) level of specialty 075 "Marketing", took part remotely in the International Scientific and Practical Conference (Prague) on December 22-30, 2020. As a result of participation in the conference materials (section "Economic Sciences"), the abstracts of the report "SWOT analysis as the main element of the development of the system of marketing strategies of the company "JUSTSTYLE" were published.

The project of Yelyzaveta Struts "Event marketing as a tool for promotion of territories (on the example of Aktovsky Canyon)" (supervisor - senior lecturer M.G. Braiko) scored 90 points and took first place in the field of Economics and Management.
